Step 1: Choose the State of the Limited Liability Company.

Name search availibility.

Payment of state filing fees.

First Class Mail, typically state filing time is between 15 and 20 days. All orders will be processed in this manner unless Expedited or Rush Service is specified below.

Step 2: Name of the Limited Liability Company.

Your name must contain the words "Limited Liability Company" or the abbreviation "LLC" to be a valid name (for example ABC Company, LLC). Please provide two choices in case either one of them is already taken.

All states require that your corporation maintain a registered agent within the state with a physical office designated to accept mail, service of process, etc... on behalf of the Limited Liability Company. You can act as your own registered agent if you reside within the state of incorporation which saves you money. However, we can assist you with obtaining a registered agent if necessary.
