Corporate Kits and Seals
In order for a corporation or LLC to protect it's corporate status, it must maintain well-kept organized records. We offer the finest corporate kits available. These corporate kits are custom-made for every corporation or LLC.
Our corporate kits include the following features:
Binder:
A D-ring minute book binder with your company's name embossed in gold lettering on the spine. The binder is made of a rich leather-grained vinyl and includes a matching slipcase. Please note the descrtiptions for the Economy and Deluxe kits.
Seal:
A heavy-duty engraved metal embossing corporate seal with your company name, state and year of incorporation or organization.
Certificates:
20 numbered certificates custom typeset with your company name, number of authorized shares or units, par value, and standard legends. A transfer ledger is also included to record the issuance and retirement of certificates.
Minutes & ByLaws:
Pre-printed minutes and bylaws separated into sections by tab dividers. All our minute book binders use regular 3-ring paper.
CorpWorld Economy Kit $75.00
This is our most economical and affordable kit available. Kit includes everything listed above and features a heat-seamed vinyl minute book binder with your company name typeset on a paper card and viewed through a window on the spine of the binder. The name is not embossed in gold lettering like our other corporate kits.
Kit is available in Black or Burgundy
CorpWorld Deluxe Leather Kit $250.00
This is our most elaborate kit available. Kit includes everything listed at the top of the page and features a beautiful genuine leather binder and brass desk seal.
 CorpWorld Corporate Seals (Embossers)
All corporate kits featured above include a corporate seal, but you can order a seal by itself. CorpWorld corporate seals are heavy duty, all metal embossing seals such as a court clerk uses. They come engraved with you company name and state of incorporation or organization.
