First Class Mail, typically state filing time is between 15 and 20 days. All orders will be processed in this manner unless Expedited or Rush Service is specified below.

CorpWorld, Inc. by default, establishes the number of shares of your corporation at 2000 at a par value of $0.01 unless:

Non-Profit, Non-Stock

Delaware: 1500 shares at NO par

Kentucky: 1000 shares at $0.01 par

Ohio: 850 shares at$0.01 par

Total number of shares and par value can be modified in the spaces that follow if necessary, otherwise they will be set as indicated.

Step 8: Registered Agent's Office.

All states require that your corporation maintain a registered agent within the state with a physical office designated to accept mail, service of process, etc... on behalf of the Corporation. You can act as your own registered agent if you reside within the state of incorporation which saves you money. However, we can assist you with obtaining a registered agent if necessary.
